The taste reminds me of those orange pushup ice cream. Have experienced more energy,calmer no jitters as with caffeine products and sleep quality is more deep. Like it enough to get a year's supply.
Titan helps me to continue to lift heavy, maybe not so much, but without it I would be lifting lighter and lighter, until my muscles get smaller. This is my 2nd package of Titan. I gotta admit, the grape 🍇 flavor was a tiny bit overpowering but it was good. This orange flavor taste more like grapefruit. Its a little rough for my taste. However I did feel the benefits with the first bottle. Let's keep it going!! ??
