Great product, Especially for that kick or boost to lift on those days that you feel possibly tired or unfocused and simply unmotivated to workout mentally. I also find using the salt for me an added advantage before heavy workouts providing great alertness to turbo push me through the task at hand. Try it for yourself to break through a possible weight wall that you canāt seem to get over. Lastly, I see why powerlifters use smelling salts religiously before and during competitions.
